I make a lot of cupcakes with fillings. It was always a hassle to cut out the core of a cake when I wanted to fill it with something that couldn't be baked directly into the cake. I bought this with my usual skepticism as to how this item would perform, but I have to say I was seriously impressed. All you have to do is insert and pull it out of the cake with a slight twist, then press the red button to pop out the core. These were the fastest cupcakes I've ever made. I will be buying another one for my niece's wedding next year, she wants 300 cupcakes, it will definitely make life MUCH easier.
