It wasn't as easy to use as expected. I think to get a clean cut of a cake you need a metal cake nozzle --- I'm not a baker, maybe it's easier for a pro, but it wasn't that easy for me to use.

Worked great! I made sorting hat cupcakes with colorful houses inside for my daughter's birthday. This pancake slicer worked simply and perfectly. It washes well and feels very well made. I look forward to making many more cupcakes.

Bought because I wanted to fill more than 50 cupcakes and wanted to speed up the work. Definitely easier and faster than with a knife. A good tool when you need to reuse or get a lot of work done quickly. It also makes a great gift for the baker who has everything.

It works! It takes a few tries but you'll get the hang of it so make a few extra cupcakes, they go halfway down which is perfect for a small opening. I've used sprinkles, bits of rice, icing, jelly. Takes your cupcakes to the next level! It's time consuming, but if you love decorating and baking like me, then it's worth it!

I used these to punch little holes in my lemon meringue muffins for the lemon curd filling and they worked great. I used to use an apple core but this made the job MUCH easier because instead of using your finger to poke out the little pie hole, this one has a little plunger which makes the job a lot quicker. I love this little thing. That works great!

No instructions included but very easy to understand. Turn slightly clockwise when entering, counterclockwise when exiting. The edges of the core were smooth, with no notches. I used this for tiramisu cupcakes, which I drizzled with the espresso and kahlua mixture on the inside and then filled the holes in the center. The stoner left a perfectly sized hole where the mixture didn't soak the bottom and had enough room for the filling. Absolutely to recommend.

This works much better than expected. I like that it's red. Suitable for my kitchen. At first I thought the cupcake was small enough and if I cut off a piece there would be no cupcake left! But I tested it and filled it with my strawberry cream. And it really was perfect. Bite off a bite, you won't be the center of attention like I thought. But the second bite was like a little surprise and I didn't feel like it affected the flavor of the cake. It worked great, easy to use, easy to clean.

This tool is very useful when used properly. The key is to make sure your cupcakes are completely cool before attempting to core them. Twist the core and poke it into the cake and it will make good sized holes if you want a decent amount of topping in the cake. Another great thing is that the design ensures the hole doesn't reach the bottom of the cake so you can rest assured that your toppings won't leak out because the hole is too deep.
