We have a very busy family and I feel like I make sandwiches, quesadillas or tacos all the time, when we ordered the cheese mill I wondered if it lived up to its name. I'm here to say that it absolutely is, it's easy to clean and keeps your cheese fresh. It slices the perfect side dishes for whatever you cook. It's easy to use and dishwasher safe! We are very happy with our purchase and are considering getting an extra chopper as we always have a few blocks of cheese around the house.
