It Works Well - Omelet Pans

It's not a real omelette unless it's rolled up, is it? It works, but you slap one half on the other half. No crease. You have 2 pcs. I also have one made of silicone, it works the same way, but it's not separate, it's foldable. I don't use it anymore either. Instead, I took a microwavable Nordic Ware plate and did the following: I precut all the veggies and meat. I place a 10" microwavable plate in the microwave and pour the beaten eggs/milk into the plate in the microwave. Perfect circle - I cook 1 to 1m20 depending on the number of eggs. I open the micro and pour in the veggies. and meat on one side, fold in and shake again for about the same amount of time. I open it again, sprinkle the taco-cheese mixture on top and shake for 20-25 seconds. My omelette always turns out perfectly. I no longer need forms. I gave mine They are ok but the cymbal works great. Mine doesn't stick. Depending on the plate, you may need a PAM spray. I use a microwave bowl for frittatas. Perfection. Leftover veggies and meat that I use in corn tacos for my next meal.
