EDIT: 06/06/2021 I changed the lightbulb for another one. It turns out that the device itself is connected to a dimmable panel, and after a few weeks of fairly active use, these bulbs began to flicker terribly. However, for use in normal, non-shading light, they work very well. In fact there are no issues with the bulbs themselves. I bought this to use as a ceiling fan + light fixture for office use. It fits fairly well but is noticeably longer than a traditional halogen bulb. I was initially skeptical about the number of lumens it puts out, but I'd say that's because the bulb itself is small, making it visible. be less bright. It certainly doesn't fill all nooks and crannies with light, but it's a great addition when I need to work at my desk.
