Review on 🍾 6 gallon Glass Carboy by E.C. Kraus by Laurie Thomas

These bottles are made from good quality Italian lead free glass. The glass is thick, the bottles are heavy. Just note that when filled with 3 gallons of water they weigh about the same as filled 5 gallon plastic pitchers. I hope they last a long time on our water dispenser! The only thing to note is that due to their weight and the lack of a built-in handle, be careful mounting them on the water cooler to avoid dropping them due to the weight. I'm happy with that and glad the glass is as thick as it is and find it a great compromise over using plastic bottles which I don't really like the long term effects of.
