We're correcting this review. Good support cleared my error.

I wrote to the company hoping for help. I don't like leaving bad reviews and I always try to keep in mind that I might not understand the mechanism at first. How it is! I found the problem and that was me. The product has some nice features and was easy to integrate into my project. The settings are a bit finicky and the UI isn't great, but it's good enough and they pack a lot into a small, affordable package.
