Chic thing! I have a 3 story house with lots of stairs. I had racks, canisters, whatever. Nothing was comfortable and nothing worked. Shelves are useless on stairs. I broke 2 canisters when they fell off a wooden ladder onto a wooden floor. Shelves are too big to fit under things. The canisters are bulky and heavy to be pulled from behind, never go straight and always bump into furniture, walls, lamps, pets, etc. I've had enough. I was on vacation and saw a hotel worker vacuuming the hallway with a backpack and a light went on in my brain. Why have I never thought about it? I did a little research and came to the conclusion that ProTeam is the best. I was hesitant to spend the money but decided it was worth it. I only regret the years I spent without him! I used to plug my old vacuums in 6 times to vacuum the house (2 spots per floor). Now I plug it in ONCE on the middle tier and it's done! I can move freely around the house without bumping into anything and the time it takes to clean all 3 levels has been reduced by more than HALF compared to before. Serious. Without exaggeration. My back hurts and I was worried about my weight. This thing is light. I hardly notice it's there. I can even get on all fours and crawl under the bed with ease. If you're considering a purchase, do it. That changes life! The only minor criticism is the instruction manual. It's very simple and practically useless. I think they assume only industrial/commercial workers have been using them for years, so they don't need instruction. It's pretty easy to use, so it's not a problem.
