I've recommended them so many times. They have large dimensions and adhesive properties superior to those of the competition. 3 different sizes fit every occasion! Just don't sweat too much in them, they can literally shock you. The gel part starts to slip when you sweat too much. They are holding up very well and seem to last a long time and wear and tear seems to be holding up quite well too. They tend to curl up if you wear them for a long time and move around a lot. This is their only complaint. Also a good buy!
