Very easy to care for, nothing sticks. I bought one then another even though it warped 400Β° because it still serves my purpose. It holds 16 oz. a pack of bacon nicely on a sheet. I make and eat a lot of bacon. I've burned myself twice by pouring bacon grease into a bacon grease container. As I said, the first time I heard a loud pop in the oven as I cooked my first batch of bacon at 400Β° for 15 minutes about halfway down the middle rack. Bought another one, rearranged both pans on top two shelves, still cooked, bacon π₯ is fine, easy to clean, nothing sticks to these pans. NOTHING! Added note: They return to their original shape after cooling, in case that matters. I'm just a guy who loves bacon and cooks it in the oven because there's literally no mess. As for the deformation, I don't care. I'm not Martha (hell) Stewart. Hope that helps.
