The pans are heavier than I expected. Heavy enough not to deform when loaded into a hot oven, but not too heavy for my old lady's wrists to support the weight. Although they peel well I add a liner as it's easier than using parchment and a nice finish stays nice. Do not wash trays in the dishwasher. Lift them to drain the water (see the rounded edges below. Drain holes) and use soft utensils with them and your pans will probably survive you.

It's awesome! It's HUGE which means I can use it for a variety of situations in the kitchen. I worry a little if I use it without foil or parchment because I don't want it to lose its beauty! But then I think. "Hmmmm, at that price I can just buy another one if it breaks in 10 years" and I come back to reality and realize that life is too short to worry about destroying the pan make. That's the kind of mindset I've had with this one recently, and it still looks darn new. I highly recommend this

Excellent frying pan! I've had a pan this size for many years. I wanted something that would not stick and stand up to regular use. It's a ticket! That thing is HEAVY! Much heavier than any other blade I have (probably 2x heavier) so I know it will hold up without warping. Cleaning is a breeze. Very easy to care for, nothing sticks. I bought one then another even though it warped 400° because it still serves my purpose. It holds 16 oz. a pack of bacon nicely on a sheet. I make and eat a lot of bacon. I've burned myself twice by pouring bacon grease into a bacon grease container.
