Great sturdy pans/pans
The pans are heavier than I expected. Heavy enough not to deform when loaded into a hot oven, but not too heavy for my old lady's wrists to support the weight. Although they peel well I add a liner as it's easier than using parchment and a nice finish stays nice. Do not wash trays in the dishwasher. Lift them to drain the water (see the rounded edges below. Drain holes) and use soft utensils with them and your pans will probably survive you.
