Works almost always!
I used the scanner on my car and got the EVAP code. I went to check the gas cap and lo and behold. My gas cap literally bounced around the door! I have no idea how this happened as I filled it up a state away from my house and heard it click once. This OEM factory replacement can cost up to three times more than others, but is guaranteed to work REGARDLESS of the vehicle it's attached to (provided you attach it to a compatible vehicle). Since then I haven't had any problems or code on my car. Thank you ACDelco!
