Only used once to wash sedan and mid-size SUV. Only one extension was required and being able to reach a larger area without stretching to get to the center of the hood/windshield/roof made the job overall much quicker than I expected. In addition, the washing head holds a sufficient amount of soapy water, reducing the use of the bucket. The rinse head also rinses well in clean water and seems to be quite durable - there are two included. The overall design/manufacturing seems good enough, but time will tell. Also plan on using it to clean windows, garage doors etc. Subtract a star for a minor and fixable problem - open cut ends on aluminum profiles are rough and can cut - but sandpaper five minutes to remove the edge and burrs.
