Lighter and smaller than it looks

Decent product but quite cheap. It seems to work, but not for long. Much lighter and smaller than I expected. Can't recommend, next time I'll take a higher quality kit.

Cheaply made, I advise you to save for better

The metal that makes up the rod is very thin, which does not allow you to use force when washing. I recommend getting something stronger as I don't think it will last very long.

Mop rubber too hard

I love everything about this product except the mop rubber. The rubber is so hard that it wants to bounce off the window and leaves streaks. I would recommend this product but if you plan to use a window scraper I would not recommend it.

Great quality and customer service

Great features. The packaging isn't great. Must be sent in the best box or sealed packaging. The missing base parts have arrived. However, the customer service was amazing and sent a replacement a day later! Can't complain about that. Overall great quality. Thanks for the great service!

So far, so good. in car washes

Only used once to wash sedan and mid-size SUV. Only one extension was required and being able to reach a larger area without stretching to get to the center of the hood/windshield/roof made the job overall much quicker than I expected. In addition, the washing head holds a sufficient amount of soapy water, reducing the use of the bucket. The rinse head also rinses well in clean water and seems to be quite durable - there are two included. The overall design/manufacturing seems good enough, but…

Multipurpose Cleaner

I ordered this product to clean white tiles but it can be used for many purposes. It comes with a mop piece and a mop piece, and the mop piece has an extra mop piece that can be swapped out. Both the scraper and the mop can be attached to the stand, but you can use the part of the mop on your hand. Beautiful car wash kit

When I come across something that is versatile and easy to use, I want the whole world to know about it. I'll be using it to wash my car, but my first project was to use a long handle with a sponge to clean windows about 9 feet off the floor in the house I live in. These windows are located under the ceiling. I didn't want to risk using a ladder to get up that high and possibly fall off, so the 45" handle and mop got the job done quickly cleaning the windows and I was able to stand on the floor
