Cast iron skillet is as good as new in this price range
I bought this skillet to replace a Lodge brand skillet I bought from Revain which cracked after only a few uses. This had a smoother bottom than the Lodge pan and this one had a more satisfactory finish after I polished it. Unfortunately, nothing new can be found today that matches the finished quality that could have been available earlier. I've been using it regularly for roasting and grilling for a few months and I'm very happy with it and it has earned a permanent place in my range.
