No frills, no frills, simple kitchen scales. The black glass weighing surface is why I ended up choosing it over others. Glass is easier to wipe and keep clean after use. The ideal scale for the kitchen chemist (baker) weighing dry ingredients or the food processor precisely controlling portions.
