The pump is fine, you need an O-ring on the inlet from the dealer.
The pump itself works well. NO O-RING ON PUMP INLET. You are reusing an inlet from an old pump. If that o-ring doesn't seal, it will suck air into the pump and you'll end up with a noisy and barely running system. Right ring from Toyota, $4. Get it before you change your pump.
