Review on Sawing machine Makita 2704N, 1650 W by Stanislaw Lambach ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A good quality product, I rate this purchase perfectly.

I would not have bought this saw if I was guided by the reviews about it here on the market. Fortunately, the workshop has a discussion of its 100 pages, 700 posts. A lot of opinions, and most importantly - a lot of simple and effective tips and solutions for setting up and operating (thanks to all the craftsmen). Spend 1 day adjusting your saw, making different fixtures, and get amazing accuracy. Smiling reviews like: "we choked her, choked her (cubic meters) and she burned down, so she's bad." Greed is bad. There are more expensive machines for such work). I buy wheels on Amazon, with a 5/8 inch seat, since the shaft was originally for this size. Includes 30mm washer for European rims. I've owned it for 2 years and I'm very happy with it.

Pros
  • For DIY, small workshop will be the No. 1 tool. Perfect precision can be achieved.
Cons
  • The corner stop has a lot of play, but this is not a problem: make a sled for running angles (YouTube to help), and if there is a little money, order an Incra stop, and you will be happy.
