I love how easy it was to set up my account with them! It's so much easier than having to go into each individual item you want to charge someone at your business/company. The only thing this program lacks is more payment options (besides PayPal). We haven't had any problems using our own credit card info nor have we been charged twice when sending out multiple invoices from one person within the same time period - which has happened before. This helps us keep track of who owes what money by easily entering all pertinent information regarding bills received via mail/phone calls etc., along with customer contact & billing history.
