I bought these for my L'Occitane room fragrance. L'Occitane makes their own sticks, but I bought these bamboo sticks as an alternative because L'Occitane costs $5 for a set that needs to be changed every month. Well, those bamboo sticks didn't work at all. I turn them every few days but they don't dissipate the smell. I can smell it a little up close for a few minutes, but that's about it. I use them in a small bathroom so doesn't mean the space is too big. And the quality of the oil is not a problem either, because the room fragrances from L'Occitane are excellent. I only bought these based on other reviews but now I'm not sure why this product has such high ratings.
