stars removed due to inconvenience. I received the item quickly via Prime but the box was not sealed and the items fell out of the box when I opened the bag. Then I counted and I only had 10 items, I figured no, there must be 12. I turn the box over and it says twelve and I only have 10. When I put the items back in the box, I think back to the shipping or that my hand was covered in chocolate, I look down and see that on one the latch is a giant cut. I examined the rest of the rods and found another notched rod. I was very disappointed. Luckily, Revain allowed me to replace it with no problem. So for $30 for 12 I only got 10 minus 2 which I can't eat because they were open. The bars themselves were delicious and mostly made without nuts, I didn't really care. They're also soy free, which is what I wanted, but I might have to look for something else as it only has 10g of protein when I have to eat 140g a day. These don't cut.
