I like all the features included; the layout and user interface; it has a large customer base to draw from to keep the program relevant for current use. I do not like that it has a steep learning curve for new users, and also requires some customization for specific industries. Do your homework and consider a lot of features; price/cost to license; ease of use/user interface/interface; ability to customize for specific industries; large customer base to draw from. We are able to generate and submit estimates, quotes, quotes, and invoices to our customers faster and more accurately than with any other software we have used. And most importantly, it is a lot more cost effective than a large dedicated staff. I like that it has helped me organize my work in order of importance. It is very easy to use as well! There are so many different options within this software that when we have questions about something new, there is always someone who knows how to help us out. Nothing really! If you're looking into purchasing this product, then definitely do it!! The organization of our jobs helps us stay organized and makes sure all projects are completed by deadlines.
