Thin with tiny screws
These are stamped metal, unlike more sturdy cast metal plates. The real issue, however, is the provided screws. They are easily half the size of the smallest plate screws I've ever used. Unless the wall is perfectly flat, there will be an issue with installation. The typical 1/2" screws most manufacturers supply would have greatly benefited this product.
