UPDATED: I previously gave a pretty scathing review and the review was accurate at the time. Then a salesman came up to me and wanted to make amends. After several emails back and forth, I am very happy to retract my previous review. They sent me a new device and collar free of charge (you may remember my review where I complained that the collars battery had a very limited battery capacity for just one day. I'm so happy to offer you To be able to report that the new device I received, the disguise is much better Not only does the collar's battery last at least a week, but the performance of the product has changed my rating from 1 star to 5. INITIAL RATING: I have this Item however in June (2021) for my new puppy. It was too big for the dog at the time. Finally my dog was old enough to try the Remote Controlled Dog Training Collar. At first the device seemed to work like a charm , but after more I found that the collar's battery only lasted a day, I'm sure those who have dogs know that owning one isn't always easy n getting a dog to sit still long enough to put on and take off the collar, and that was exacerbated by my and a dog. while I'm still a puppy. In summary, I had high hopes that this device would help me with dog training, but you can. If the battery doesn't last more than a day at best, then this product is pretty much useless.
