I'ts okay best in my review
I am a little disappointed that I cannot adjust the stepper at all. I read in the answered questions that the tension could not be adjusted but I thought I read that the size of the step could be adjusted. Turns out that does not seem to be the case. Being only 5 ft tall and about 110 pounds, it takes quite a bit of effort to make the step. I can make shorter quicker steps by not pushing all the way down and that sort of works for me although it does take some balancing. I will still use the stepper for the days when I absolutely can't get out to walk as it will be better than nothing for some exercise.
