Does the drum spin for more than 10 minutes, emptying the entire food jar at minimum speed? No English Instructions

For less than $20 I will find a way to reverse engineer this monster but be aware that 1) the instructions are not in English 2) it takes over 5-10 minutes per feeding, all in one can even on the lowest level 3) Since there are no instructions, prepare for a 5-10 minute IQ test where you want to smash it with a hammer. I don't know what good it will do as it has been running for 10 minutes and all the pellets are in the water. Pointless out of the box, more of a disturbing gift from a joke.
