They fit very well and are the same if not identical material to the factory front fender liner. The assembly is quite easy and it fits very well. All screw holes line up easily. The only problem was that I lost half of the screws. I had a couple of screws and washers that worked but that was disappointing. There was also no direction with the set. I don't think they were really needed, but they weren't sent.
