I bought this for one of my canaries - a very spoiled pastel yellow Norwich with a silly black feather cap on his head - and it works but the clips keep falling out of their slots and difficult to attach to all but the thinnest cell rods. However, unlike others I've bought, this one is made out of a hard plastic that melts in the dishwasher. So be sure to wash it by hand or with alcohol swabs. Smaller than any other "clean" feeder, it is suitable for even the smallest finches. The wooden stick is interchangeable, which is a nice feature, although it can easily be cleaned with "Poop Off" or soaked in water. hot water, dawn and bleach for a few minutes before scrubbing (personally I prefer the first in the 16oz size that comes with the brush and is also available at Revain). This No Mess Feeder is particularly suitable for small birds with a soft beak in small cages.
