Review on Unlock Adventure with the WTB Riddler: Embrace Thrilling Paths and Unparalleled Versatility by Luis Thompson

The holes in the sidewalls are sealed and look like great rubber.

Ordered for trial. Nice matching bead on the Stan Grail rim. No levers were required for assembly, but it took me a little work to do. Shrink the ball with an air compressor. Added sealant and vented. Lots of holes in the sidewalls that closed easily BUT this first one also had lots of really slow leaks that didn't close until it was ridden. I worked on it for several days, airing it, shaking it, rolling it, laying it on its side. No Bone! Contacted WTB and they offered more sealant and a ride. I took it off after 40 miles and no more leaks. WTB sent me a second one and it only had a few fast seal holes and almost no slow leaks. I've ridden it and no problems. So, long story, the tires are good. Fairly light, pleasantly elastic and good profile compromise. Quiet on the pavement, doesn't throw too many pebbles on limestone/gravel and rolls as fast or faster than most models in this size. Customer service and communication with WTB is very good! These will be my monster cross tires for hitting the singletrack on a cross bike. I will be using Compass tires for long days and faster rides.
