The hub (10 ports) is well built and looks sturdy. That's why I bought it, but unfortunately that's perhaps the only positive thing I can write about this device. I received it today and I'm already having problems. While most of my devices work fine, some USB2 devices cannot connect through this hub. Even more interesting, if you connect the same device to the same iCONE hub port with the same USB cable, but with an additional USB2 hub in between, everything works as expected. In addition, the manufacturer does not even have a website. Google doesn't find anything, and the page at the address given on the box is dead, so no support can be obtained. I will be returning the hub for a refund.
