I love these frying pans! They are beautiful and thick and so well made. They are like works of art. We have a couple of skillets that aren't on sale yet - we pre-ordered them and they're not on sale yet. They're also made of thick stainless steel; Very expensive, the best pots we have ever had. However, these are better. I am shocked. I was expecting them to be about the same quality as we were blown away by our current set of pots and pans. but these are even one step higher. They distribute heat evenly, heat up quickly, are surprisingly easy to clean, and look great. Our other set is really good, but this one? Wow. We have used them several times. We only have one set which includes a small pot (it's quite small, maybe 1.5 liter or so) and a good sized big big pot. It's very convenient and we've used it for pan frying, cooking bacon, sautéing veggies, meat and chicken. . . We used it for frying after vacuum cooking. . . couldn't be happier. It's easy to clean, the handles don't get very hot, and the surface is still shiny and smooth. I love these pans. We're not looking for a full set as we've just bought another set but we're both really impressed with these pots. They are made in Italy and are of very high quality. highlighted. They are expensive but heirloom quality. You will have her forever.
