Cool looking HDD/SSD enclosure. There is something wonderful about being able to see the hard drive inside the case. The plastic is pleasant, the lid can be easily removed to get to the inside of the case. I've dealt with cases that are difficult to open, so this is definitely an A-1 steak sauce. Now the product does what it was designed to do. Insert a 2.5" storage device, plug in the USB 3.0 port and connect to your computer, and you're done. I recommend formatting your HDD or SSD as exFAT using a Windows computer if you intend to use the drive between Mac and Windows operating systems. It also allows you to transfer more than 4GB to your HDD or SSD. Well, the big problem I have with this product is that you can't just put a hard drive or SSD in it because there's a part of the case that's blocking you. from simply plugging a hard drive or solid state drive into a SATA port. You have to connect it at an angle, which is a problem as it can damage the connectors. Once your hard drive or solid state drive is inserted, IT.IS.IN. It's quite latched because it's difficult to get it out of the case. All in all a great product that could be improved in terms of hard disk or solid state drive installation.
