bristles broken on first use
I was very happy to receive this 'Italian' comb until one of the wooden bristles became tangled and damaged my hair. After the first two minutes of use, the split bristles at the tip of the brush became tangled in my hair and I had to snap the rod in half to remove the hair before any more damage was done. I am very disappointed with the workmanship of this brush and am afraid to exchange it and receive another defective product
