This is a more powerful blender and made great smoothies. Very easy to use and very easy to maintain. I made 9 smoothies and after the last one it stopped blending. The light works and I hear the switch turn on, but the blender won't turn on. We followed the instructions of not leaving it running all the time and gradually breaking up the content with an impulse action. We even used finer ice to reduce stress on the machine because it felt a bit fragile and just stopped working. Rated 2 stars instead of 1 because the total cost of the blender was less than the price of 9 store bought smoothies so I saved some money just wish it still worked. Back to using Ninja which still works great, it just doesn't mix.
