Mercury High Pressure Fuel Pump
Was very surprised to find a problem with the pump. Same problem after installing the pump. Remove and test the pump on the stand. It went well but sounded weird. I examined the pump and found that it was set differently than my 2007 115hp Optimax. Negative and positive connections are reversed. I replaced the wires on the wiring harness, installed and checked - the engine started normally. I will still buy your pumps because they are a great quality product. Just a lot of waste and a lot of hassle in this renovation
