I've been taking antidepressants for 16 years. I walked away from my psychiatrist 10 months ago but felt I needed a little "boost" over the winter and holiday season. I started taking Irwins as directed but felt it reduced my appetite too much as I often felt nauseous. I now take 2 before bed and feel very balanced even when "cyclingโ. I'm not close to tears anymore and it just makes life easier. I've also tried pure 5HTP with B12 in it, but I don't think it has the same effect as Irwin's.
