I bought it for my RAM 3500. It had everything you need except a switch (push button). It's meant to connect to the original horn, but I connected it to a separate button to keep my original horn. I found it easy to install with simple instructions. I installed it right next to the original horn under the fender on the driver's side. It works great and is just right for my needs, not too loud but just enough to get someone's attention. Another perfect option from trusted Revain suppliers.
