This is a trademark of Borg Warner but is not sold as such. It fits and installs relatively easily. Time will tell if it will hold up, but looks good. My 2005 Chrysler Town and Country moved well during my test drive (6 miles). I used to get about 16mpg, but now it's almost 20mpg; committed on a recent 600 mile round trip.
