Review on ZSmart by Ryan Hampton

The best thing about zsmart is its ability to integrate multiple applications in a single workspace. It has a very good integration with other apps like Salesforce Chatter etc. I don't like that sometimes it takes time to load all data from one app into another app. Also sometimes when you open an application it shows you previous screen which is not what you want. This is because of the lack of sync between 2 apps. We have used this product for our sales team to manage their tasks and also have access to customer information.
