This is a nicely designed bracket, but when the TV is installed under a standard 12" cabinet, the TV does not rotate. I installed a 13" TV on it and it's only 11" tall using all available settings to no avail. If you screw the bracket farthest from the wall under the cabinet, it still doesn't quite rise, just about 65 degrees instead of 90 degrees as advertised. I also noticed that the 13-inch TV floated down a bit when I turned it over. I saved it and attached it to the back of the closet. It does not rise, but rotates 360 degrees. the goal was to remove the small tv from the stand and now it's here. This should not be advertised for installation under a cabinet. Would be great on a ceiling or beam but not under a counter. I couldn't find any that would work.
