Excellent Product For My Company - Makes Life Easier

The ease of use for our technicians was one thing I liked best about this software system, it's very simple in how you operate with everything being done through an app or online portal! It can be confusing at first but once trained properly there are no issues using momentamms within my department!! We have only had problems when we tryed adding new equipment into inventory that wasn't already partof their database prior-to installing MOMENTA products; however they do offer free training if needed. ! This program has made life easier as well because now employees don’t need accessor cards anymore allowing us more time dedicated toward other projects/responsibilities.

Very user friendly interface
Great support from Momentum staff (technical) during implementation process.
Included mobile apps available so techs never miss something without having constant internet connection also great feature especially while working remotely outisde office environment
