I love this thing! I was very hesitant to buy anything even remotely resembling a fanny pack, but since women obviously don't need bags in gym clothes and I'm tired of just throwing my phone on the floor while weight training, I gave up. , That's great! I've only worn it once to the gym but it's made my journey so much easier! Since it was just cardio today, with this waist belt I didn't have to carry a large gym bag as I could carry everything I needed right with me. The tiny pocket even fits a key and my best friend's big ol' Chevy key fob (which I had today), but the main pocket damn it! It holds my 6s plus perfectly, plus I was able to fit my protein bar in (nugo-slim if you want an idea of the size). And I forgot to leave my goggles in the truck before driving in and was even able to fit a set of acetate hard goggles into the main body along with two other items. I just slipped my towel over the band and had everything I needed for a cardio day. Plus about 15 minutes of strength because sometimes I can't stop. I showed it to my husband yesterday as I wore it all day as soon as it arrived (early afternoon) until I was dressed for bed and now he wants it too. Even if you are busy around the house right now, this is a big help! I kept my phone in it all day while gardening and even attached a garden tool strap to it with no problem. slightly lower to the waist and not just sitting in the middle of the upper body. Of course, there's still room to further adjust it if I want it to sit a little low and drape over my hips. It fits my torso a lot tighter even without the extension, and also sits a little higher when adjusted this way. This option was very useful to wear under my garden belt yesterday.
