Holes aligned and bolted with no problems. The screws are a bit short but they work, they can be easily removed. Be careful. I wish I had a hex head screw and then a Phillips head screw and replaced it with this. The mount is excellent. Handle is excellent. but. Head mirror is cheap. Don't grip too hard like I did to turn the mirror or you might hear a crack. It feels like the glass will break if you squeeze your head while spinning. If they had a better head, they would run home. The size of the mirror is also a bit small in height for my taste. But I am. But for the price. one cannot expect everything.
