Review on VViViD Black Carbon Gloss Realistic by Josh Lewis

Revainrating 4 out of 5

There is industrial and exhibition coal. This show is safe!

I recently worked on the trunk and used VViViD XPO Black Carbon Gloss as an accessory. Everyone I've shown it to has been totally impressed with the result. For some this was their first experience looking at carbon fiber vinyl and everyone loved it. It is slightly thicker than other types of vinyl but is easy to lay and shape. Be sure to use a heat gun. I've taken notes from other reviews and painted the finishes metallic silver to provide feedback from below and the results speak for themselves. I believe those who saw color difference probably installed over different colored material as this material is translucent almost like a dark shade. Glue is fine, but you need to stretch and wrap this material with heat. After cooling, it sticks to any surface and takes shape. For the holes I took sockets and heated them with a heat gun (wear gloves please!) and placed them on top of the vinyl to shape. Press the hot head and you have the perfect holes for wires etc. I would recommend this stuff to anyone who wants carbon fiber accents. I'm not sure about tight gaps like snap-on car panels, but I haven't had any issues so far. Just watch a lot of videos and take your time. I took my time and it worked like a charm. It's been on the car for a few weeks now with no problems to report.
