I've used this on several projects and always get compliments. I prefer real carbon finer parts on my cars, but this is great for parts that nobody makes. Vinyl is thick, durable and good for small items but forget it for larger items. The problem is that the vinyl is rolled up so tightly in the tube that it rolls back when taken out of the tube. It doesn't lie flat enough to separate from the backing. Trying to flip it creates wrinkles that even a hair dryer can't remove. I recently worked on the trunk and used VViViD XPO Black Carbon Gloss as an accessory. Everyone I've shown it to has been totally impressed with the result.
