I read a review here (one star) that said a cleat needed grinding because its pads were sticking to the rotors. Look at his photos and you'll see he didn't line up the tab with the slot on the caliper so he's having trouble. Watch a few videos on how to install rear brake pads for your car model, check out a few different ones to make sure you have exactly what you need before you start. I installed them, they fit perfectly and are very quiet. I saved hundreds of dollars by doing it myself as usual.
