Guess I can't complain about the price but I had 3 problems with them: My biggest problem was that my canvas was longer (vertically) than the easel and the top one held behind tree. He poked at the canvas on which he was resting. My canvas was 11x14. I don't think I would have any problems if my canvas was smaller (and/or if my canvas was horizontal). This was my biggest concern so I would recommend if you want to use smaller canvases. The other two problems were fragments. Very raw wood that needs sanding. I used this with my 5 and 7 kids so I didn't let them touch it. It wouldn't put me off because it's very affordable. Nothing will loosen a piece of tape. Another problem was that it was very light. It's tipped over a few times but I think that's because my kids were younger. I still think it's a lot, but in my situation (with two younger kids, with larger canvases) I would consider buying something else. Otherwise it would be great for a "Night of Colors" type event.
