So I asked my sister to take my granddaughter's remote control to turn off the TV so I could hear her . Even though they are right in front of her, my adopted dog took the remote from my grandson and chewed it up with the working end. so it was only natural that i had to order a new remote control. This is the third remote and I couldn't connect any of them and why doesn't the remote light up if it has batteries in it? The only instruction it said was "Hold down the home button for 10 seconds" but nothing happens. Don't I have to go into the app and connect them somehow?
