This product has stopped working and we only have it for 3.5 months. This was our first replacement remote and we only had the TV for about 8 months before we needed a new remote. I wish I had known before buying that the TV needs a new remote control every 3-6 months. If they weren't so expensive I would buy two.

I couldn't do anything but turn the FireTV on and off until other Revain customers forced me to download the Fire TV app on my iPhone and turn it on go through the pairing with the TV. The lack of directions/instructions almost made me return it as unusable. Now it works fine. I spent several hours trying to get it working before he could help.

This remote control was ordered as a replacement. Specifically, I asked if it was compatible with my Fire Rv, which I recently bought from Revain. Other removed features did not work. At least the "return policy/procedure" was simple enough.

The sticker with the instructions was not complete. I had to download the Fire TV app and use it to control my TV. I had to go into the TV settings and let it search for a new remote control. Once the TV was ready, I pressed the home button on the new remote for 10 seconds and it was set up. Aside from incomplete instructions, the remote works like a champ and delivery was quick. The instructions were, to say the least, incomplete. I ended up having to download the Fire app to my phone and use it to access the TV. Then I had to decide to add a new remote control. I couldn't use my old remote because my dog ate it. You'll need to remove your old remote control if you don't have access to it. Then add a new one. Except that the instructions are incomplete. The second remote I received was undamaged and in good condition. Everything is working well. Many Thanks

So I asked my sister to take my granddaughter's remote control to turn off the TV so I could hear her . Even though they are right in front of her, my adopted dog took the remote from my grandson and chewed it up with the working end. so it was only natural that i had to order a new remote control. This is the third remote and I couldn't connect any of them and why doesn't the remote light up if it has batteries in it? I ordered two of these as we have two TVs per Shiva. Well, one of them completely stopped working in the toggle switch area. Everything seems fine. The home buttons and power button work, but the shift and select buttons don't work when we're trying to watch something in our guest room.
